Sign real players from all 32 NHL clubs and all 10 EIHL clubs, build a roster under the cap, and challenge other head coaches to a match. Your first signing comes from the team you support.
Choose the NHL or EIHL team you actually support when you sign up. It decides who you get to build around.
Your first pick is exclusive to your club's roster. Take the star you want before you fill out the rest of the team from the full pool.
Challenge another coach. They accept, the game is played out period by period, and the result goes on both records.
